The AMF is designed for the demanding, progressive rider, regardless of ability, who wants a stiff, quick turning board that rides switch equally well.

Ride

The AMF provides a consistent ride in all conditions - from the crud to the deepest powder. It holds an edge exceptionally well and carves great for a freestyle board - a quality Prior is well known for. The AMF has lots of pop making it a great take-off deck and has the stability needed to land the big airs.

Conditions

Great for all snow conditions - including any natural or man-made terrain features on the mountain.

Design

Shape: The AMF's directional shape and possible stance positions provide a great ride in either direction (regular or switch).

Radius: AMF has a generous sidecut for easy turning and edge-to-edge control.

Flex: Moderately stiff yet flexible enough to be forgiving when needed. Stiffness under the rider's feet provides power and control. More flex in the tip and tail sections lets riders perform tip and tail tricks, and recover easier from imperfect landings.

Strength: Bombproof. You will most likely break yourself before the board.

The MFR has incredibly edge hold and speed stability - making it suitable for kinds of riders, whether you cruise the groomers, seek out the powder, or drop big cliffs. The MFR is available in a range of sizes with varying widths at the waist to accommodate every rider.

Design Shape:

The MFR has a tapered core that is directionally shaped, a setback stance, and a longer, more gradually shaped tip than tail. Each of these components work together to provide a heightened freeride performance.

Radius: A moderately long radius results in an easy turning board that has superior fall line speed and stability.

Flex: Overall, the MFR's is fairly stiff which allows this board to perform the way it does. The flex is relatively stiff underfoot and also immediately behind the back foot creating more power while maintaining stability. Slightly more flex in the nose section keeps the tip on top of the pow. Torsional stength provides unequalled edge control while allowing the rider to keep a feel of the snow in all conditions.
